Membership Application Process
1.Complete the Membership Application Form
Secure and complete the official OFWTMPC Membership Application Form, available at the OFWTMPC office.
Please prepare the following requirements
Complete Membership Application Form
Valid government -issued identification card
Proof of residence, whether local or overseas
Ensure that all information and documents submitted are complete and accurate to help us process your application efficiently.
2.Attend the Member Orientation (PMES)
All applicants are required to attend the OFWTMPC Member Orientation
This session will help you understand:
The mission, vision, and cooperative principles of OFWTMPC
Your rights, responsibilities, and role as a member-owner
Available savings, investment, loan, and member-support programs
How the cooperative works to promote financial security and community development
Orientation ensures that every member joins with a clear understanding of the shared commitment, responsibilities, and opportunities that come with cooperative membership. Pre-membership education is also a recognized requirement for prospective member of Philippines primary cooperatives.
3.Pay the Membership Fee and Initial Share Capital
To activate your membership, you will need to pay:

Minimum Share Capital Requirement Php 10,000.00 Full payment or staggered installments Initial Share Capital Payment Php 2,000.00 Pay upon application or as require
Remaining Share Capital Balance Php 8,000.00 Payable through installments
Your required share capital may be completed through flexible staggered payments, beginning with an initial payment of Php2,,000.00. The remaining balance may be paid in installments until you reach the required minimum shared capital of Php 10,000.00.
Share capital represents your investment and ownership participation in the cooperative Philippine cooperative rules recognize member share capital and pre-membership education as central parts of cooperative membership, although OFWTMPC's specific fees and installment terms should be confirmed against its current approved policies and bylaws before publishing.
